I have prepared three example answers for you to handle the job interview question "Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond". This is a real question that came up during one of the sessions with a client. Check out this post.

Spoiler: when you start looking for YOUR answer, you may find out that you do NOT need to tell stories of how you acted against your values to please a colleague or an employer. Your answer will depend on the context, but it will always say a lot about your personality and whether you'd be a good fit in the company you're interviewing for .

The Community of Practice will be restructured soon. I had to close down by European business (the problem was my Russian passport ), and consequently, it became impossible to send USD for new people. If you are already a member and live outside of Russia, this will not affect your membership.

On a side note, if you ever had to close down a business in a foreign country, I feel your pain!????

I'm setting up a new business entity so that people outside of Russia can pay with Visa/Mastercard or Paypal again.

So, here comes the news.... If you'd like to access a system of exercises that will take you to native-like fluency, you will need to request access because the community of practice will become private on March 27, 2023.

The pricing model will change too.

Today we're almost 400 people, and everybody likes human, personal, and caring feedback.

However, I see that some members prefer staying under the radar and learning from others and the video feedback that I give to others.

That's why we will keep only TWO tiers soon: "With Feedback" and "Without Feedback"
